2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Roles (Super Admin, Admin, Supervisor, Support, Staff) determine what actions an account can take within an organization.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content through tickets or messages.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
4. Subscriptions and plans
Some features are available under paid plans. Fees, billing cycles, and upgrade/downgrade terms are as described at the time of purchase in your organization's settings.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deskbird is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
